Reinvent your cereal treats using cornflakes and caramel. Sticky buttery treats that are super delicious!

  • 1/4 cup butter (2 ounces or 57g)
  • 25 unwrapped caramels, such as Kraft brand
  • 10-ounce bag of mini marshmallows
  • 6 cups cornflake cereal (175g)
  1. Measure cornflake cereal into a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Add butter and 25 unwrapped caramels to a nonstick pan. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Add marshmallows and continue cooking until ~75% of the marshmallows are melted.
  4. Remove the pan from heat and continue to stir until all the marshmallows are melted.
  5. Add in cornflakes and stir to combine.
  6. Butter or spray your hands with nonstick spray. Form treats into balls.
  7. Place treats on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and allow treats to cool.

Makes approximately 35 individual cereal treats. Store in an airtight container.
