- 1/4 cup butter (2 ounces or 57g)
- 25 unwrapped caramels, such as Kraft brand
- 10-ounce bag of mini marshmallows
- 6 cups cornflake cereal (175g)
- Measure cornflake cereal into a bowl. Set aside.
- Add butter and 25 unwrapped caramels to a nonstick pan. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Add marshmallows and continue cooking until ~75% of the marshmallows are melted.
- Remove the pan from heat and continue to stir until all the marshmallows are melted.
- Add in cornflakes and stir to combine.
- Butter or spray your hands with nonstick spray. Form treats into balls.
- Place treats on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and allow treats to cool.
Makes approximately 35 individual cereal treats. Store in an airtight container.
